5 years on, Covid-19 is just a shadow. The PPI has been disposed of, the rules have gone with the masks, and so much of what we did in lockdown was just digital ephemera and is no more.
There is no monument to loneliness, hand sanitizer, masks, 2-metre distancing, lockdown projects and Zoom calls.
But here and there, physical traces remain.
As 2025 began, I set out with my Minox B spy camera to take photographs of the shadow of Covid-19 that still exists in the tiny world I inhabited during lockdown.
